An aristocrats and tokens strategy works better and can more easily use some of blacks best cards, like Dictate of Erebos and Village Rites
To be fair though, the Unstable Lands also cost more than twice
If you think of her as a flying early blocker that can make clue tokens and generate more value once that's no longer useful, the card seems much more attractive
